- All assignments will be handled in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Inspections will be completed within 48 hours of being assigned.
- A preliminary status report will be sent to the Adjuster within 48 hours.
- All reports will follow within 72 hours . If the report cannot be completed within 72 hours the appraiser will notify the Adjuster.
- Disposal of salvage can be removed by us at the request of the adjuster.
- Any problems or concerns between the insured and the repair facility will be handled by the appraiser.
- The Actual Cash Value (ACV) of the vehicles will be obtained from the area which the owner resides.
- Detailed appraisals, reports, and ACV's will be provided to the adjuster for the following:
- partial and total losses
- unrecovered stolen vehicles
- partial and total thefts
